Chicken Soup "Greek" with lemon
? Chicken
2 head of red onion
2 egg yolks
1 carrot
1 lemon
? celery root
3 Art. l. rice
ground black pepper
salt
Boil chicken with carrots, onions and celery salt. Separate the flesh from the bones and cut it into cubes, strain the broth.
Wash the rice, boil it in chicken broth.
Whip the egg yolks with the lemon juice, pour, stirring constantly, into the hot chicken broth.
Add sliced chicken soup.
Before serving in each serving to add a mug of lemon (without skin) and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
