1 kg Chicken

5 heads of onions

6 eggs (the number depends on the number of servings)

3 Art. l. lemon juice

2 Art. l. wheat flour

Boil the whole chicken, then separate the pulp from the bones, cut it into small slices.

Skip onions through a meat grinder, then fry in butter until golden brown, pour a little pre-strained broth and warm up for 3-4 minutes.

Dry flour without changing color, cool and dilute a small amount of chicken broth, combine with beaten egg yolk.

Pour the flour mixture and egg in hot broth, stirring constantly. Add the onion and vinegar, warm, not allowing to boil and remove from heat.

Before serving, add to each dish 1 tsp lemon juice, add the chicken, pour soup, sprinkle with herbs.
