Soup with chicken
1 serving of chicken
1.5 tablespoon butter

1 small onion
2 teaspoons flour
2 glass water
1 chicken bouillon cube
salt and pepper
1/2 lemon juice
toast, cut into small squares
2 chopped parsley teaspoons
Fry the chicken in oil, cut the meat off the bones. Saute onion in remaining oil until transparent. Add the flour, mix thoroughly and fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Gradually add water, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Add bouillon cube and chicken. Put the chicken bones into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice. Cover the pan and leave on the heat for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make the toast of bread and cut them into small squares. Remove the chicken from the bone soup. Check if there is enough salt. Pour the soup into shallow dish and serve sprinkled with parsley and toast
