Chicken soup with vegetables
Chicken Breasts: 3 pieces, cut into pieces
2 Green onion bunch, chopped
Carrots: 2 small, chopped
Garlic: 1 clove, chopped
Chicken soup: 8 cups (2 liters)
Bay leaf: 2
Chinese parsley: 2 tbsp, chopped
Noodles: 100-120 grams
Green peas: 1 Cup, boiled

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Cumin: 2 teaspoons
Corn: 1 / 2 Cup
Soybeans: 1 / 2 Cup
Parsley: for decoration (optional)
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper
Take a pot for soup. To put it the garlic, carrot and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and Chinese parsley. Add the cumin, salt and pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes or until until the chicken becomes white.
Add chicken broth, corn, soy beans and Bay leaf. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes
Add the noodles and cooked green peas and continue up until noodles is ready.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon juice.
