Chicken with mushrooms
700 g chick weight - 1 bird
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
80 g butter
250 g fresh mushrooms
1 onion - small head
100 g white wine
1/2 PCs bouillon cubes
salt
ground pepper
parsley
Chicken, cut into serving pieces, drain and fry in vegetable oil on all sides.
Fried chicken, remove from the pan, season with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan with melted butter, add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion. Pour in the wine and diluted with a small amount of water bouillon cube.
Simmer chicken until tender under sealed cover. When serving, sprinkle each portion with chopped parsley. Hareruya boiled rice or potatoes.
