Chicken stewed with potatoes
550 g chick - fillet
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white wine
1/2 glass chicken bouillon
4 PCs potatoe
salt and ground black pepper - to taste
parsley chopped
Chicken fry in preheated oil until Golden brown, season with salt and pepper, pour the wine, broth, add sliced potatoes, some greens and simmer, covered over low heat until tender.
When serving on a plate place the meat chicken, sliced potatoes and sprinkle with remaining herbs.
