700 g 1 chicken 600
2 tbsp. vegetable or butter

a few mushrooms or champignons
1/3 glass green peas
3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. (incomplete) sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. sake (or dry sherry)
Chicken clean; remove the skin, separate the bones and cook from them broth (to make 2 cups), cool. Raw chicken meat, cut into thin strips and fry in hot vegetable oil to form a light brown, add chopped onions, mushrooms and peas, soy sauce, sugar and simmer until tender. Then add the sake. Eggs strongly whisk and add the broth. 4 ceramic cups (or 4 pot) arrange all the products from above pour broth mixture with the egg. Cups to put in a large pan filled with hot water on U3 height of the cups. The pan cover and keep on low heat so the water is not very hot. When the egg mass will thicken and rise, turn off the heat and immediately submit the dish on the table with toast.
