Chicken "Holiday" with mushrooms and olives
800 g chicken
400 g tomatoes
200 bread
150 g mushrooms
100 g olives
60 g wine
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. wheat flour

Chicken cut into small pieces, add salt and fry on the part of the oil.
Remove seeds and peel tomatoes, chop and fry in the remaining oil, add pre-dried flour, and passed through press the garlic, fry for 10 minutes
Boil the mushrooms until tender, chop.
Pour in tomato mixture of an equal number of mushroom broth and wine, to make a thick sauce, add salt.
Olives cut into rings, combine the mushrooms and chunks of chicken, pour the sauce and warm.
Slice the bread in the same slices, fry.
Then chick "Holiday" with mushrooms and olives spread on a dish, poured the sauce and decorated around croutons.
This dish is perfect for a Christmas table as the first. Delicious and easy!
