The Christmas salad with chicken "Ferris Wheel"

4 boiled eggs

1 chicken (boiled meat)

1 Bank of red beans

1 Bank of canned mushrooms

1 jar of green olives with tuna

1-2 garlic cloves

? jars of pickled onions

2 tbsp. natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

2 tbsp. mayonnaise

black pepper

Finely chop the boiled chicken meat.

Combine yogurt and mayonnaise, pepper, salt, add passed through a garlic press and mix.

Add to the chicken 2 tbsp sauce, stir, put the chicken in the center of the flat wide dishes.

Drain the liquid from the mushrooms, add to it 1 tablespoon of the sauce, stir ring put the mushrooms around the chicken.

Rinse the beans, also put a ring around the mushrooms.

Finely chop the eggs, put a ring around the beans.

In the center of the salad, put the olives, the remaining sauce teaspoon to put on the beans, to decorate the Christmas salad with chicken "Ferris Wheel" pickled onions, served on new year's eve buffet chilled.
