New Year's salad with chicken and green beans
400 g frozen green beans
300 g boiled chicken
350 g orange / grapefruit
150 g Chinese cabbage
100 g carrots
50 g onions
salt
Sauce:
150 ml vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons honey
1.5 tsp mustard
1 tsp ground paprika
black pepper, salt
Preparation of the sauce: 100 ml of oil and everything else connect, whisk whisk until thick for 5 minutes, add the remaining oil, whisking 2 more minutes, pepper and salt.
In a saucepan pour water, salt the, bring to a boil, put the beans, bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes (fresh beans need to cook 7 minutes), then put in a colander, rinse with ice-cold water, drain off the water.
Onion peel, pour over boiling water, dry, pour half of the prepared sauce.
Cut the chicken into cubes, add to the onions in the sauce, mix well.
Cut into strips Chinese cabbage, grated carrots for Korean or medium grater rub the carrot.
Stir sliced orange / grapefruit, onion and chicken in sauce.
Put in a salad bowl first layer of cabbage, put the mixture on it with chicken in sauce, pour the remaining sauce.
Put the top of lettuce carrots, beans put the Christmas tree and ring around the salad.
New or salad with chicken and green beans can be arranged differently: put the beans completely the upper layer, and from orange / grapefruit make flowers.
