Pork rosettes with mushrooms
1 kg pork loin
600 g mushrooms
100 g melted pork fat
1 glass sour cream
1 glass dry white wine
1 glass beef broth
6 slices of wheat bread

Pork rosettes can be submitted at the Christmas table as the first, this dish will appeal to all and decorate the holiday table.
Dry flour until Golden, RUB with sour cream, add the broth, salt, cook until thick and add the eggplant, drain.
