Roast pork with corn
Required products:
450 g pork - flesh
450 g young corn, canned in ears
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1,5 tsp. flour wheat flour

1 tsp. salt
50 g beans green
425 g mushrooms (caps canned)
2 tsp. sugar
Mix the sherry and soy sauce with 1 teaspoon flour. Add sliced very thin slices of pork and mix well so that the meat is covered with the mixture.
Pork fry in butter, stirring occasionally, until it is slightly browned. Add the corn, salt and fry, stirring, 30 seconds. Put the beans and mushrooms and cook for another 1 minute. Sprinkle with sugar.
The remaining flour mix with 2 teaspoons water until smooth, connect with pork and cook, stirring, until thick.
Place on a heated serving dish and immediately serve.
