Pancakes with vegetables
Required products:
5 tbsp. wheat flour

250 g milk
3 PCs egg
salt
300 g pork - flesh
200 g canned corn
200 g beans canned
50 g sour cream
2 garlic cloves
1 onion - head
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 PCs tomatoes chopped
red pepper powder
herbs for decoration
Whisk eggs with milk, salt and flour. In half of the norms oil bake 8 pancakes, store in a warm place.Pork chop, salt, pepper, fry in the remaining oil, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry all together.
In prepared meat put remaining ingredients warm while stirring.
The filling is spread on the pancakes and fold them in half. When serving, decorate with greens.
