Pancakes "Danish" with pork
500 g lean pork
6 eggs
2 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 glass milk
7 Art. l. butter
3 Art. l. finely chopped onion, shallot
1 h. l. salt
Clear from films and fat pork, finely chop.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and fry the pork until cooked, put on a paper napkin or towel, wet, removing excess fat from meat.
In a pan put 2 tablespoons oil until golden hue fry the onion, just put it on a napkin and blot.
Pour the flour mound, make a well in the center, in a separate bowl beat eggs with salt and gradually add it to the flour, mix thoroughly, pour the milk and add the remaining oil - the consistency of the batter should have as a liquid sour cream.
Add to batter pork with onions, stir.
Pan for baking pancakes grease, spread the dough with a spoon and bake pancakes "Danish" pork on both sides.
