Required products:

400 g noodles made from rice flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

4 tbsp. vegetable oil for noodles and sauce - 1 tablespoon

300 g pork - flesh

3 onion - head

2 garlic cloves

1 PCs eggplant

1 PCs peppers

1 tbsp. soy sauce for noodles - 2 tablespoons locii for the sauce

1 tbsp. wine red

1 chicken soup for noodles and sauce glass

1 tsp. ginger, pepper

salt - to taste

40 g mushrooms

1 tbsp. wheat flour

The noodles boil for 5 minutes, drain in a colander and put in a warm place.

Finely chopped onion and garlic and fry in butter. Add thin sliced pork, stir and fry.

Eggplant peel and cut into cubes, sweet pepper strips. Connect the vegetables with the meat mixture and continue to fry, stirring constantly. Pour the soy sauce, wine, broth, add ginger, stir, simmer for a few minutes and season with salt.

For the sauce, peeled, washed and sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with flour and fry in butter. Pour in the broth, soy sauce, salt and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.

When applying the noodles out onto a plate, slide, lay the meat-vegetable mixture, pour the mushroom sauce.
