Noodle pancakes with cheese
1/2 Cup small boiled vermicelli
40 g cheese
1 egg large
vegetable oil
Basil, dill, oregano
RUB cheese on a coarse grater, mix with noodles, beat the egg, add herbs to taste, stir well the mixture until smooth.
Preheat pan with vegetable oil using a spoon to spread the mixture and put it on the pan in a circular shape.
Fry noodle pancakes with cheese on each side until Browning, then put on a paper towel so that it has absorbed excess fat.
