Pancakes with cottage cheese and zucchini
250 g cottage cheese
120 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
3 eggs
1 large zucchini
2 Art. l. chopped dill
vegetable fat
pepper
salt
Clear, then rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, set aside.
Beat the eggs, stir in the flour, mix thoroughly, add cottage cheese, zucchini, stir, add pepper and salt, stir again, the latest add dill and stir again.
Heat the pan with oil, fry the fritters from cottage cheese and zucchini on both sides until golden brown, then spread on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
