Noodle soup with mussels
noodles
salt and spices - to taste
20 g butter
20 g Parsley (root)
1/3 pcs. onion
100 g mussels

Steamed mussels meat cut into pieces and fried with onions in butter and roots masle.Lapshu boiled in salted water for 2-3 minutes, recline on a sieve and washed.
In the boiling broth put fried mussels with onions and roots, soup noodles and cook until tender. Serve soup can sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
