Fast Christmas salad with mussels
200 g mussels
4 slices of lemon
1 packaging rye crackers
1 a head of cabbage
1 a handful of pomegranate seeds
Finely chop Peking cabbage.
Pour mussels with lemon juice, add the breadcrumbs, salad and mussels, mayonnaise, mix well.
Before serving Christmas buffet to pay a quick Christmas salad with mussels on a flat dish, garnish with pomegranate seeds.
