Shepherd's pie with mussels
Ingredients:
5 onion - heads
1 kg potatoes
ground black pepper, salt to taste
200 g mussels peeled
600 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
300 g vegetable broth (from a cube)
4 PCs egg
8 PCs anchovies
2 tbsp. chives chopped
Potatoes cut into thin slices or grate.
Combine milk, broth and eggs, season with salt and pepper.
In the form, oiled layers lay onions, sliced, potatoes and mussels. Pour egg mass and bake in the oven at 175 C for 50 minutes. If the surface starts to burn, cover with foil.
When submitting the finished casserole sprinkle with chives.. Separately submit a salad of fresh vegetables.
