Shepherd's pie with apples
Ingredients:
3 PCs potatoes
2 PCs apples
1/4 glass bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1,5 glass cream thick
sugar to taste
1/4 walnut nutmeg - spoons
ground black pepper , salt to taste, to taste
Potatoes and apples cut into slices.
Cream shake with sugar, add the nutmeg and salt. Warm up the mixture, without bringing it to a boil.
In the form, greased with butter, put in layers, alternating, potatoes and apples, salt, pepper, pour butter mixture, sprinkle with bread crumbs, cover with foil and bake until soft. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
When serving, decorate with greens.
