Shepherd's pie with vegetables
Ingredients:
200 g boiled potatoes
80 g carrots, boiled
120 g cabbage
10 g butter
60 g green peas canned
some peas to choose? we'll show
10 g vegetable oil
10 g wheat flour
50 g sour cream
10 g Russian cheese
salt to taste
Potatoes and carrots cut into slices. Cabbage, chopped straw and carrots simmered with the addition of butter.
In a greased form lay, alternating layers of carrots, green peas, potatoes and cabbage, spreading each layer with a mixture of sour cream, vegetable oil, salt, and flour.
The top layer, brushing sour cream mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the vegetables at 180-200�C until Golden brown.
When applying the casserole pour the sour cream.
Output per serving 200, B - 5.6 g, W and 15.1 g, 32,1, K - 287,0 kcal.
