Shepherd's pie recipe cooking with photos
Our whole family loves all sorts of snack cakes. These we have tried a lot of options. Today, I suggest you prepare salty cake with cream cheese. A piece of the pie is the perfect embodiment of a snack. If you feed it with vegetable salad, a dish is quite suitable as a dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 500 g puff pastry
- 500 g sour cream
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 1 Pieces egg
- 80 g cheese
- 1 Pieces bunch of dill

Method of preparation:
Let us first of all filling. Cottage cheese mixed with sour cream. It is advisable to do this using a blender or rub very carefully with a fork.
My dill, dried. Greens chop very finely. If you do not like dill, replace it with any other herbs.
Mix cottage cheese with herbs, salt and black pepper. Add the spices to your liking.
Were thawed puff pastry, roll out a little on the baking dish. The edges neatly cut off with scissors.
Stuffed with cottage cheese spread on the dough. For filling, mix the grated cheese with the egg.
The resulting cheese mass is distributed over the surface of the cake.
Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
After baking, give cool cake in shape. Cut after complete cooling, otherwise there is a risk that the cake will collapse. Served with salad, fresh herbs.
