Skewers with almond in Bulgarian
1 kg mutton flesh
200 g onions
black pepper
salt
To prepare the sauce:
200 g vegetable oil
60 g almonds
10 garlic cloves
2 egg yolk
1 lemon
4 tbsp. the wheat bread crumbs
salt
Preparation of sauce: Finely chop the almonds and garlic, RUB, combine the bread crumbs. Add the yolks and pour oil in small portions with constant stirring. Salt, add lemon juice. The sauce pour into a glass bowl, cover tightly and put in the cold for 8 hours.
Cut the mutton pieces 20-25 g, strung on skewers, alternating with onion rings, pepper and salt.
To fry until cooked over hot coals.
Submit skewers with almond in Bulgarian with prepared sauce.
