Skewers of cod with mushrooms
450 g cod fillets (with skin)
200 g mushrooms
200 g bacon
2 sweet peppers (assorted colors)
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt
To prepare the sauce:
120 g butter

1 glass dry white wine
1 onions
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper

Cut cod large cubes, salt, pepper cut into circles, cut the mushrooms in half.
Wrap each cube of fish thin and long slices of bacon.
Strung the pieces of fish on skewers, alternating with mushrooms and sweet peppers.
Fry the kebabs on the grill.
Preparation of sauce: combine the vinegar and wine, add finely chopped onions, boiled down a lot to the reduction in the amount of 2 times.
Soften the butter and add it to the cooled wine mixture in small portions, parallel to the whipping. Add salt and pepper, add parsley.
