Rice and apple soup

1 apple

1 Art. l. sour cream or cream

1 Art. l. sugar syrup

? h. l. salts solution

Antonov apple wash, bake, then rub through a sieve.

Rinse and wipe cook rice with hot broth, combine applesauce, add the syrup, boil the soup with constant stirring.

The consistency of rice-apple soup is supposed to be as liquid pudding before serving, add cream or sour cream.
