Tomato soup with rice in Polish
100 g butter

6-8 tomatoes
3 a handful of rice
1 carrot
1 onions
1 parsley root
1 Art. l. tomato paste
ground black pepper
sour cream

salt
Clear, chop the onion into cubes.
Carrots and parsley root clean, rub on a coarse grater, connect with onions and fry in butter or vegetable oil until browned.
Put vegetable zazharku in a pan, pour 2/3 of the volume of water from the pan, turn on medium heat.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes, scalded with boiling water (or you can use canned tomatoes in own juice), cut into small pieces, rub through a sieve, add the tomato soup with a lot of tomato paste, pepper and salt and bring to a boil.
Put the washed rice in the soup, cover and cook over moderate heat for about 20 minutes until cooked rice.
Before serving, season with tomato soup with rice Polish chopped herbs and sour cream.
