Tomato soup in Polish with cucumber and rice

1 l beef broth

1 kg tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 a Cup of coffee sour cream

2 tbsp. rice

Tomatoes washed and cut into quarters, place in a saucepan, add some water and boil, then through a sieve to wipe.

Add tomato puree, broth, sorted, washed rice until tender rice to boil.

Cucumber peel, cut into thin circles, put in the tureen.

Tomato soup with ready-made rice before removing from heat add the cream, stir and remove from heat, allow to cool completely, then cool.

Served tomato soup in Polish with cucumber and rice: cold tomato soup pour the cucumber in the tureen and serve.
