Components:

300 g lean beef

0,5 glass rice

1 onion

4 tbsp. tomato paste

2 tbsp. flour

2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. sugar

3 garlic cloves

1,5 l water

salt, black and red pepper, parsley

Beef pour 1.5 liters of water, bring to boil, remove the foam and boil until cooked meat. Boil the rice. Onions cut into cubes and fry in butter, add flour, and then, while stirring continuously so as not formed lumps, pour the broth, add the tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook the sauce for 2-3min. In broth with meat, boiled rice, tomato dressing, add crushed garlic and bring the soup to a boil. Serve with sour cream or cream and chopped parsley.
