Jam red currant
Ingredients:
1 kg red currant
1 kg sugar
1/2 glass water
For jam take large-fruited varieties of red currant. Berries are washed, removed from the brushes to dry.
In boiling the lower pelvis berry, pelvis shaken to the berries evenly dived, and cook on medium heat. After 20 minutes of boiling the berries in syrup they are removed from the fire and take samples. Spoon chilled syrup tips: if the syrup from the spoon has not been discharged, and kept in the form of jelly, jam is ready. In the finished jam you can add a little powder vanilla.
