Jam of white cherry
Ingredients:
1 kg white cherries (pitted)
1 kg sugar
1/2 glass water
vanilla (or vanilla) - to taste
The wild white cherry go, wash in cold water and remove the seeds. In the pelvis for jam pour the sugar, pour water and boil the syrup. Then put in the syrup of the berries, pelvis gently shake the berries were immersed in the syrup, and cook until tender (2-2 .5 hours).
