Cherry jam without seeds

1 kg cherry

1.2 kg sugar

2 glass water

3-4 g citric acid

vanilla sugar - to taste

Berries to sort, wash, remove seeds. Pour berries hot sugar syrup and cook until tender at once. Just before serving, add lemon and vanilla sugar.

Some authorities at the place of the seed is inserted into the cherry slices of walnut and so jam.
