Marmalade cherry
What you need:
2 kg cherry
1 kg sugar
1 tsp. rum
Cherry peel from seed. A handful of seeds chop, put in a bag made of thin cloth and place in a bowl with cherries.
Cook berries, portions USEPA sugar, until thick. At the end pour the rum, mix well.
Bag of bones remove. Marmalade into jars, leave to cool, so that the surface formed a crust. Then banks wrap tightly with parchment paper and tie with a thread. Store the marmalade in a cool place.
