Kissel on jam, jam or marmalade
320 g jam / marmalade / jam
2 g citric acid
4-5 glass water
glass ? sugar
4-5 Art. l. potato starch
Put jam in a bowl, pour 3 cups of hot water, add sugar, mix well, boil for 5 minutes, strain through a sieve, rubbing berries.
Bring the syrup to a boil, pour the citric acid (solution), add mixed with a glass of cooled boiled water starch jelly to boil zagueniya.
Served on a jelly jam, marmalade or jam chilled, with sugar.
