The jelly jam
150 g jam Aronia
3 glass water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. potato starch
1/4 tsp. citric acid
Fat: no
Jam spread 3 cups of water, bring to boil, RUB through a sieve together with the liquid.
Add to the puree, sugar, citric acid, bring to the boil. With constant stirring, enter the starch, diluted with a small amount of cooled broth, and once again bring the soup to a boil.
Serve the soup chilled, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
