Soup-puree of blueberries
What you need:
400 g blueberries
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. potato starch
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 l water
Blueberries loop, rinse, cover with hot water and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then RUB through a sieve, add sugar, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Then enter diluted with a small amount of cold boiled water starch, warm up again to a boil and cool.
Serve the chilled soup with sour cream.
