Apricot soup with Apple
500 g apricots
3 Apple
3 tsp. potato starch
3 tbsp. sugar
5 l 1, water
Apricots wash, remove seeds, pour 2 cups of water, cook until soft and clean.
In a puree, add 3 cups of hot water, apples, sliced, sugar, bring to a boil.
Starch is diluted with cold water, add to the boiling soup and again bring to a boil.
Cool and serve soup.
