Fruit soup
300 g frozen berries
120 g sugar
1 orange
1 pear
1 apple
? lemon (juice)
2 Art. l. heavy cream
2 h. l. potato starch
Clear pears and apples, remove the seeds and cut them into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour hot water cleaning (650 g) and cook for 10-15 minutes, strain the broth.
Bring broth to a boil, add sugar, prepared fruit and berries, cook for 5 minutes.
Again, bring the soup to a boil, add the starch, dissolved in a small amount of cold water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Soup can be served hot or cold, with cookies. In each portion before serving add the cream and orange circle.
