Orange soup
4 orange
3 glass water
4 Art. l. sugar
4 h. l. potato starch
Clear oranges peeled and cut into their circles. Scald zest, cool and cut into strips, then pour hot water and bring to a boil.
Strain the broth and add the sugar, oranges and cook for 3-4 minutes. Starch is diluted in 3 tablespoons Add water and soup, bring to the boil all.
Cool orange soup and serve.
