Banana soup

3 banana

? orange (zest)

2,5 glass milk

0,5 glass water

0,5 glass sugar

1 tbsp. flour

salt

Mash the bananas and pour the milk, add salt and bring mixture to a boil.

Sugar diluted with water, cook until its complete dissolution.

Chop the orange zest strips, add to the sugar syrup and cook for 5 minutes to Infuse the syrup with zest in the milk-banana mixture, bring to a boil.

Dry flour in the pan, then diluted with cold boiled water (small amount), to enter into the soup again to bring it to a boil, remove banana soup from heat and allow to cool.
