Banana jam
200 g sugar
3 banana medium
2 orange
1 lemon
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and oranges, peel and chop the bananas circles.
Put the bananas in the pan, pour the juice of the oranges and lemon, add sugar, bring to boil, boil until thick mixture on low heat, allow to cool.
Serve banana jam with toast or use as a sweet filling for pastries.
