Banana
600 g bananas
2 lemon (juice)
300 g water
500 g sugar
Dissolve sugar in water and bring the mixture to a boil, remove the foam.
Add bananas, cut into slices and cook for 20-25 minutes until thick mass.
Pour the lemon juice and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Cool. Before serving, arrange dessert lemon peel and place in ice-cream bowls.
