Dessert "Turtle Tortilla"
500 g sour cream or heavy cream
20 g gelatin
4-6 ready-made mini-rolls
1 lemon
1 banana
0.5 glass chopped walnuts
0.5 glass jam
3 Art. l. sugar
Soak gelatin in cold water (160 g), then dissolve in a water bath, cool.
Whip the cream, gradually adding sugar, then add the nuts, jam, grated lemon zest and beat for another 1-2 minutes, a thin stream pouring gelatin.
In hemispherical bowl put sliced mini-rolls, fill in the form of cooked creamy mass, cover with slices of rolls, to remove the dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Lay dessert "Turtle Tortilla" on a dish before serving. Make a "head", "tail" and "feet" of turtles bananas, sprinkle them with lemon juice, to fix.
