Pistachio yogurt dessert
1 kg milk yogurt
100 g sugar
80 g Reza pistachios
40 g pistachio paste
20 g gelatin
? lemon (zest)
Pour the gelatin to 6 tablespoons cooled boiled water, leave for 20 minutes to swell.
Mix 100 grams of yogurt with pistachio paste until smooth.
The rest of the yogurt mix with sugar, then combine with the pistachio mixture of yogurt, lemon zest and pistachios.
Whet gelatin, until it is completely dissolved, allow to cool, mix with 3 tbsp yoghurt mass.
Pour gelatin mixture to the rest mass of yogurt and mix.
The obtained mixture was poured into a laid by cling film form.
Remove pistachio yogurt dessert for 2 hours in the cold, can serve with jam or jam to taste.
