Baileys yogurt
What you need:
for 10 portions:
500 g natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
125 g powdered sugar
27 g 9 sheets of gelatin ()
0,5 l cream fat content of 33 %
30 ml liqueur Baileys
900 g strawberry
Gelatin soaked in water. Yogurt mixed with powdered sugar. Whip cream. Gelatin mixed with Baileys, heat on low heat until dissolved, then add to the yogurt.
Then slowly introduce whipped cream, gently stirring to the mixture turned homogeneous.
Pour the mixture on the form, add the strawberries, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Serve with berry jelly and chocolate sticks.
