Easy cheesecake with berries "Summer"
300 g cookies
500 ml low-fat yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
300 ml cream
250-300 g berries
125 g butter
14 g gelatin
5-6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Gelatin for 10 minutes in cold water.
Stir powdered sugar and yogurt, gelatin solution put on low heat, but do not bring to a boil, allow to cool.
Stir gelatin and yoghurt mass, add whipped cream, gently stir until smooth.
Grind cookies, melt the butter and mix with cookies, lay out, stamping on the bottom of the form, put into the cold.
Put cooked yoghurt mix of chilled base, evenly, cover with baking paper, remove to cool in the cold.
Before serving light cheesecake with berries "Summer" issue berries.
