Simple cheesecake with berries and biscuits

150 g cookies

150 g cream or sour cream

100 g cottage cheese

50 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

3 tbsp. any berries

sugar

Biscuits pound crumbs, add melted butter, mix well, spread the mixture on the bottom of the mold and compacted.

Curd grind in a blender or RUB through a sieve.

Whisk sour cream, combine the cream cheese, sugar and berries, mix thoroughly.

Put cottage cheese on biscuits in shape.

Before submitting a simple cheesecake with berries and biscuits for a few hours put into the refrigerator to solidify.
