Rolls cheesecake with berry
250 g cottage cheese
250 g flour
200 g raspberries or other berries
3 eggs
3-4 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt
Granular curd grind in a blender or RUB through a sieve, combine the sugar, 2 eggs and salt, stir until smooth.
Combine flour and baking soda, stir in to the curd mass - the dough should be slightly sticky and soft.
Sprinkle work surface with flour, divide the dough into 2 parts, one roll with a layer of half a centimeter thick.
Put on a layer of dough berries, sprinkle with sugar, roll the seam roll.
Cut the roulade into mugs not more than 2 cm thick, put them on parchment, to prepare the rolls and of the remaining dough.
Prepare muffin cheesecake with berry 20 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven when cooking will remain 5 minutes, brush the buns with beaten egg.
