Curd quick pie "Zhirafik"
350 g sugar
300 g sour cream
200 g fat-free cottage cheese
200 g butter
3 eggs
2,5 glass wheat flour
2 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. starch
1 tsp. soda
Butter to soften, to connect with half of the sugar, grind, beat 1 egg, add flour, soda, cocoa, soda, knead the dough.
Remove the dough for 20 min in the cold.
Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, two eggs, starch.
To get chilled dough, divided into 2 unequal parts, put the greater part of the form, molded bumpers, pour in the center of a creamy cheesecake batter.
From the rest of the brown dough to make balls, put them on top of the white dough.
Preparing curd quick pie "Zhirafik" at a temperature of 180 degrees in the oven for about 50-60 minutes
