600 g cottage cheese

3 sweet pear

3 eggs

1 a packet of vanilla

4 tbsp. sugar

3-4 tbsp. semolina

2 tbsp. sour cream

2 tsp. baking powder

To RUB the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Beat eggs with sugar, add in the cottage cheese with sour cream, semolina, vanilla and baking powder, stir.
